Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Reeload Systems LLC, including our mobile application Finding Imaan and our website.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by Reeload Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our mobile application Finding Imaan and our website at reeloadsystems.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Use of Services
Finding Imaan is an Islamic habit tracking application designed to help users maintain consistency with daily religious practices. The app includes features such as:
- Prayer (salah) tracking and logging
- Daily deed and dhikr tracking
- Custom habit and goal setting
- App blocking during designated times to encourage focus on worship
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of Finding Imaan are available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Free Trial: New users may be offered a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you create within the app, including your prayer logs, deed records, and personal goals ("User Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Data.
Your User Data is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to enable cloud synchronization, your data will be stored on our cloud servers (Google Cloud/Firebase) to provide backup and cross-device access. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reeloadsystems.com.
App Blocking Feature
Finding Imaan includes an optional app blocking feature that restricts access to selected applications during designated times to help users focus on their worship and daily practices.
On iOS, this feature uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework). On Android, this feature uses Android Accessibility Services and/or foreground services. You are solely responsible for enabling, configuring, and disabling this feature. Reeload Systems LLC is not liable for any inconvenience, missed communications, or loss resulting from the use of this feature.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reeload Systems LLC. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Reeload Systems LLC.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reeload Systems LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Any content obtained from the Services;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Any missed prayers, worship activities, or personal goals due to app malfunction or user error.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
