This Privacy Policy describes how Reeload Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application Finding Imaan and our website at reeloadsystems.com (collectively, the "Services").
1 Information Collected
Account Information
By default, Finding Imaan uses anonymous authentication — no personal information is required to use the app. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and display name as provided by those services. We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or any other personal details beyond what is provided through sign-in.
Habit & Worship Data
The app stores your prayer logs, deed tracking records, dhikr counts, and custom goals ("User Data"). This data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, this data is also stored on our cloud servers to provide backup and cross-device access.
Device & Diagnostic Information
We automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app version) through Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix issues. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
Analytics Data
We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog to understand how the app is used and to improve the user experience. This includes general interaction events such as screen views and feature usage. Analytics data is not linked to your identity.

3 Data Storage
Finding Imaan follows a local-first architecture. All your habit and worship data is stored on your device using a local database (SQLite). Data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud synchronization.
If cloud sync is enabled, your data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using Google's default encryption.
You can disable cloud sync at any time. When sync is off, all data remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to any server.

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve our app. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data:
5 App Blocking & Screen Time
Finding Imaan includes an app blocking feature to help users stay focused during worship times:
- iOS: Uses Apple's FamilyControls/Screen Time API. The list of blocked apps is managed entirely on-device by the operating system. We do not have access to which apps you block, and no data about your app usage is collected or transmitted off your device.
- Android: Uses a foreground service to detect the currently active app during prayer times. No browsing history, app usage data, or third-party app information is logged, stored, or transmitted.
The app blocking feature processes all data locally on your device. No information about which apps you use or block is ever sent to our servers.
6 Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@reeloadsystems.com.
verified_user No Selling of Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies. Any data we collect is used solely for providing and improving our Services.
8 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@reeloadsystems.com.
- Disable cloud sync at any time — your data will remain only on your local device.
9 Compliance
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Reeload Systems LLC aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers. We do not sell personal information.
